Attendees / Customers / Ticket Purchasers

MainstreamEastCoast provides concert goers & event attendees, a fast, easy and safe way to find information about all of our events & shows at any venue online or on their smartphones. Additionally, for the convenience of our customers, MainstreamEastCoast always ensures that our customers have multiple options for purchasing tickets to shows events: in person (at the venue, both in advance or at the door at the show, subject to availability); over the phone; or online; using a variety of methods of payment. For events with different ticket prices & seat selection, customers will be able to choose their preferred seat using our interactive seating chart. Additionally, customers are given several convenient options for ticket delivery, including printing out your e-ticket at home or simply showing your e-ticket on your smartphone at the show! MainstreamEastCoast strives to provide excellent experiences for our customers, both in the purchasing of tickets, and of course, in attending the event itself!

Our Event Staff will process telephone reservations and in person ticket purchasing, as well as all inquiries regarding online ticket purchases and event information.

Bookings / Entertainers

We establish ongoing relationships with the best available talent around. We provide continual support and assist our entertainers with bookings at venues locally and nationally. We provide individualized and continuous representation & assistance to all our entertainers, big and small. We nurture and encourage their growth and status. Booking tours & connecting dates, as well as venue services are available through our booking and sales agents. Marketing / Client / Promotion Base

Our professional Marketing Team will execute a well detailed and effective event plan that includes everything from securing a venue to booking popular local/national acts to designing a digital promotional marketing package for an advertising launch on all social media platforms, including video and radio. We additionally provide promotional marketing materials (posters & flyers/inserts) and local distribution of same via our street team affiliates. Further, we can partner with national, corporate, regional and local sponsors to elevate events through brand awareness.

Promotion

Themed and marketable touring events are periodically launched and held yearly, monthly and/or weekly. We deliver on some of the hottest touring acts and promotions around. And we continue to search for new and innovative concepts/promotions. We believe that our best, most creative and authentically entertaining shows stem from reliance on our experience; analysis of research into current trends and popular culture; and taking into account the beliefs and desires of our employees, venue owners, attendees and entertainers. We continue to be visionaries and strive to carve out an imaginative niche in the ever changing and competitive world of entertainment. And we will never abandon our approach on improving our brand in original productions, promotions and themed events.

Production

We provide complete premium and professional productions, implemented by using the latest state-of-the art technology in our select venues.

This includes audio, lighting, special effects and video/visual media which we, and our other affiliated production partners, will provide to enhance the entertainment experience.

Security / Staffing

We also provide fully insured staffing & supplementary security for events.
